Youth Festival 2022 -- MKBU

This blog is a responose to the task assigned by our Profesor Dr. Dilip Barad. I this blog I am going to write about my exprience of participation in this year's Youth Festival.

It is a well-known fact that participating in a youth festival can be extremely beneficial for young people. Not only does it provide an opportunity for them to showcase their talents and abilities, but it also allows them to meet new people, learn new skills and gain valuable experience.

When it comes to choosing which youth festival to participate in, there are a few things to keep in mind. The first is to make sure that the festival is well-organized and has a good reputation. There are a lot of fly-by-night organizations out there that put on festivals that are poorly run and lack the resources to provide a good experience for participants.

The second thing to consider is what type of festival it is. There are many different types of youth festivals, from arts and culture festivals to sports competitions. Choose one that aligns with your interests and talents.

Once you've found an event that you're interested in, the next step is to start preparing. If it's an art or culture event, start practicing your talent. If it's a sports competition, start training and practicing. The more prepared you are, the better your experience will be.

Finally, when the day of the festival arrives, don't forget to have fun! Enjoy the experience and make the most of it. Participating in a youth festival is a great way to learn new things, make new friends and show off your talents.

First I would like to start with Short Film Competition in which I participated. We were given these themes/ topics,

This event/ competition was organized in the Department of English (Shree Harindra Dave Sahitya Manch) ભારત/ગુજરાતનો ભવ્ય વારસો/સંસ્કૃતિ સ્વતંત્ર સગ્રામ સામાજિક જાગૃતિ Short film event was organized for the very first time in our university. There were a total of 7 entries.

One of the main difficulties we face while making a short film is the lack of time. This is because a short film is usually only around 3-5 minutes long. This means that we have to be very efficient with our time and make sure that every shot counts. Another difficulty is the lack of money. This is because short films are usually not as profitable as feature films. This means that we have to be very careful with our budget and make sure that we are not wasting any money.

Another difficulty is the lack of manpower because only 5 members were allowed in a team. \ This means that we have to be very resourceful and use the people who are available to us. Finally, another difficulty is the lack of experience. This is because many of the people who work on short films are inexperienced. This means that we have to be very patient and understanding with them.

Despite all of these difficulties, making a short film can be a very rewarding experience. This is because it is a great way to express ourselves and our creativity. It is also a great way to learn new skills and meet new people.

Story Boarding might look very hard task but it is not that hard if you know what you want to achieve and what are you doing. But how are you going to execute the frame that you have thought of is very hard.

Here's the list of winners from the Department of English
